Product Description :
BeaterBlade METAL, the latest introduction from the inventor of the Original BeaterBlade! This metal BeaterBlade replaces the flat beater that comes with most stand mixers, it will elevate your mixing experience…it is the ultimate continuous bowl scraper for bowl lift stand mixers.
Delivering confidence and unmatched performance in beating, scraping and folding ingredients for perfect batters or the thickest dough.
From its commercial grade construction to its strong aluminum frame – comparatively speaking, it’s unbeatable.
The BeaterBlade patented Wing-Blade technology pushes ingredients down to the dimple, in the bottom of the bowl, thoroughly combining all ingredients, 50% faster.
To achieve a fluffy, aerated mixture (think creamed butter and sugar), beat at a higher speed.
To achieve a smooth, thick mixture (think cheese cake), beat at lower speed.
Either way, you can use the BeaterBlade as a hand-held spatula to scrape every bit of batter into the pan.
KA-6LM BeaterBlades are compatible with most KitchenAid 6, 7 and 8 Quart Bowl-Lift stand mixers; however it does NOT work with 6 Quart Glass Bowls, the Professional 6000 Series mixers with narrow flared/tulip bowls or the F-Series glass bowl.
The powder coated aluminum frame brings the ultimate in durability.
The flexible plastic blade is free of rubber, silicone and Teflon.
Double-overmold construction bonds the plastic blade to the metal frame with no cracks or crevices for food to get stuck in, meeting commercial grade food sanitation standards.
For the best success only operate the BeaterBlade with ingredients in the bowl.
In order to maintain the beauty and high shine finish, hand washing is strongly suggested.
