Apply Brow Serum once daily to clean, dry eyebrows. One dip of the wand is enough for one brow. Re-dip wand into serum for second eyebrow. Using short strokes, apply Brow Serum to the natural shape of your eyebrow, especially on thin, sparse, or over-plucked areas. Allow 1-2 minutes for the Serum to dry.
