• The making process includes the use of clay from the same region, traditional small-scale baking and smoking where the pieces take from that dark color.
• Safe for cooking. In this kind of pots, food is cooked uniformly with little supervision, and flavors are mixed perfectly while nutrients are preserved. The result, a nutritious and delicious food. They hold heat well on the table.
• It can be used in the stove, oven, grill or directly in the fire. Using a fire diffuser is recommended to prevent pot from cracking if the temperature is very high.
