Very helpful message: This little grinder works like a charm but has a couple of requirements that aren”t in the description.
First, you have to make certain that the small cup is Securely attached to the grinder.
So, twist it on tight.
Second, when you clean the blades with the brush, make sure you get the space behind the blades clear.
It is hard to see how much “Powder” is caught behind the blades so run the brush all the way around.
After I figured out that the grinder won”t work unless the blades are clean underneath and the cup is tight, I have had no problems getting the perfect grind for my Buds! After using a manual grinder before trying this one, I am a fan because it is faster and the grind is more even.
Use experience sharing; 1, Shake the grinder once or twice while running to help grind evenly.
2, Upend and shake to remove the last of your ground herbs, and swipe the included brush around inside and under the blades to clean.
3, You do have to shake the grinder to keep the bud from getting caught in the blades.
