We arrived today at these collections through a path that has seen the succession of two generations of protagonists and that started in this small fishing village, where we are still today, on the shores of Lake Orta in the now distant 1946.
CULTURES AND TRADITIONS We live in a magical place, at the foot of the Alps and only one hundred and seventy kilometers from the sea as the crow flies.
All of Italy is like this, sea and mountains; thousands of different climates that have created the ideal context in which hundreds of ways of understanding the culture of the table and the cultivation of the vine have developed over the centuries.
Each of our artifacts contains all this.
Bringing a wheel of cheese or a bottle of wine to maturity is almost an alchemy, it takes months, often years and every time you open a bottle of wine or cut a wheel of cheese, a magic happens.
Ours are the ritual objects with which a tasting is inaugurated and the spirit opens to the sensorial perception of a centuries-old culture.
