1. Open the back of the LED light and remove the plastic tab below the batteries. 2. Attach mouth tray to Led Light, then apply 0.5ml gel on each side of the tray. 3. Insert the light with tray into your mouth and place firmly over your teeth. 4. Press the power button to turn on the light and whiten your teeth. 5. Rinse your mouth and teeth, avoid eating or drinking staining foods and beverages for 1 hour.
