Turning the ring in one direction makes a finer grind; turning in the other makes it coarser.
Once the grind size is set, it will stay in place until the user changes it.
This mill is equipped with ”s legendary pepper grinding mechanism.
Made of case-hardened steel, it has received additional treatment against wear and corrosion.
Its double-row of helix-shaped claws grab and crack each peppercorn, before drawing it down to the teeth for the perfect grind.
