How to use? 1) Wipe down the cooking surface with a damp towel.
2) Once the cooking surface is nice and clean, fire up the burners and heat your griddle for 10-15 minutes.
Scoop Blackstone griddle oil on top and apply to the surface using a pair of tongs and a wad of paper towels.
3) Spread the seasoning evenly across the entire cooking surface evenly – even the edges and sides.
