This 54-pound aerobic set, made by US Weight, has it all. The 55” chrome bar is cushioned making it comfortable on your hands, neck, shoulders and chest. The bar can be taken apart into three pieces for storage or travel. The attractive teal & black 2-tone designed weight plates are made from high density polyethylene, so they help protect floors. The weight plates incorporate handles with scalloped edges for easy gripping. The handles allow for the weight plates to be used multiple ways for various exercises.
