Directions
1. Thoroughly clean chest area, dry and keep free of moisturisers, sweating may interfere with the adhesive 2. Remove silicone pad from the plastic sheet 3. Place the pad on the chest area for at least 1 hour a day, wearing it longer while you sleep for best results 4. When finished, slowly remove the pad, wash the pad using mild soap free of moisturisers and oils 5. Allow the pad to air dry in a clean location (no towels) 6. Once it is dry, place the pad back on the plastic sheet
