Hanayama CHAIN puzzle is a 3 piece take-apart puzzle.
The objective is to separate all three pieces; to rejoin all three; AND to know how you did it!!! This is a level 6 puzzle on a scale on 1 to 6 where 6 is the most difficult.
Most will find the CHAIN Puzzle an excellent challenge.
Requires much thinking, planning and many attempts.
Take note of the dots (indentations) on each piece (1,2 or 3 dots) as this will assist distinguishing between the three “almost” identical pieces.
Equally challenging is to put the puzzle back together.
Occasionally someone will accidentally separate the pieces and think they are a genius !!!! NOT SO ! Mastering the puzzle means you can disassemble and assemble the three pieces easily.
Meaning you know exactly which moves to execute to untangle the pieces and then to re-assemble.
Simply a series of clever moves.
Recommended for ages 13 to 105 years.
NO FORCE is ever required to solve the puzzle.
