Do not use this product if you are suffering from any intra-oral or extra-oral disorder(s) or are less than 18 years of age. Do not use this product if you suffer from myofacial pain or temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder. Do not use this product if you suffer from any genetic, developmental or acquired disorders leading to dental abnormalities. Do not use this product if you have had recent facial surgery or dental procedures. Consult your dentist prior to use of this product if you have crowns, bridges, or fillings (especially in the rear teeth), are missing teeth, or have brittle teeth. If any questions arise that are not covered please contact your dentist or physician before using this product. Please Note: The resistance pads of your Facelifter are made of the highest quality tear-resistant silicone and are designed for maximum longevity. However, it is possible over time that the resistance pads may become damaged by the extreme forces generated by your jaw muscles combined with the sharp ridges of some teeth. With average use in accordance with the instructions, the Facelifter resistance pads have been shown to have an average life span of 3-4 months. Individual life spans may vary significantly depending on frequency of use, dental anatomy, variations in bite force, and storage conditions.
