Global Sugar Art Blossoms & Vines Silicone Lace Mat by Chef Alan Tetreault.
This mat contains two lovely border designs: one consisting of lace blossoms, the other, vines and blossoms.
The blossom border measures approximately 1-3/4 x 14-1/2 inches, while the vines border is 2-1/4 x 15 inches.
The lace mat itself is 5 x 15-3/4 inches.
The mold is highly flexible and durable.
Heat resistance is from -40 to 465 °F (-40 to 240 °C).
Flexible, food-quality silicone for easy removal! Food use approved.
This mold can be used with any one of a number of confectionery lace products, including Sugar Dress and Cake Lace mixes.
This lace CANNOT be molded using gumpaste, fondant or royal icing!!!
