• JAPANESE SENCHA TEA: Our Japanese Sencha green tea is a particularly fine green tea with a grassy and vegetal taste. Sencha is grown in full sunlight which is in contrast to matcha and gyokuro which are mainly grown in shade.

• PREPARATION OF THE TEA: To prepare our Japanese Sencha tea, use 1.5 teaspoons of green loose leaf tea for every 8 ounces of water. The recommended water temperature to brew the tea is between 175-185 degrees Fahrenheit, with a recommended steep time of 2-3 minutes.
