Sombar (Curry) Powder 7.04 oz (200 g) Suitable for vegetarians. The promise of purity. Makes 10 ltr of Sambar. Product of India. Cook 500 g of vegetables of your choice. Set aside. Cook a small container full (75 g) of redram dal in 1 liter of water, with 1 tsp refined vegetable oil and a pinch of turmeric. Add cooked vegetables, tamarind juice and salt to taste. Add 3-4 tsp (25 g) of MTR sambar powder ground with grated coconut (30 g) and little jaggery (5 g) if desired. Boil for 8-10 minutes. Add 1 tsp of mustard and curry leaves seasoned in little oil. Garnish with finely cut coriander leaves. Serve with rice, dosa or idli. May contain traces of nuts. 7.04 oz (200 g) India
