This blend is great on beef, chicken, fish, pork, and vegetables. Use as a dry rub for grilling by rubbing or sprinkling 1-3 teaspoons of seasoning per pound of meat; adjust to taste. Use as a paste by adding 1 Tablespoon of olive oil for every 1 teaspoon of seasoning and brush on just before cooking. Use as a topical seasoning by shaking on top of your grilled meats and vegetables; adjust to taste.
