Each of our varieties blends whole wheat with other grains, nuts and/or seeds to give our breads the taste and nutrition you love. It all started back in 1946 with an oven, a mixer, a secondhand delivery truck, and a determined woman named Catherine Clark. Back then, you couldn’t find the premium bread that we love today. Batch by batch, her good, oldfashioned wheat bread came out of the oven looking brown as a berry. Today, though Catherine no longer makes it herself, Brownberry Organic is still committed to bringing you bread you can believe in—so you can live your life and love your loaf.
