STEP 1

With your fingers on the inside of the soft ring stretch the diaphragm outwards – see image

STEP 2

Place the foot inside the cast cover- see image

STEP 3

Once the foot is in, whilst still holding diaphragm stretched, pull the cover over the leg until it goes no further – see image

STEP 4

Gripping the soft ring, gently pull down, the rubber seal will remain snugly in contact with the skin- see image
