Warm Tips:
1. If you receive bent or curled side brushes due to rough shipping, please don’t worry and just recover them by simply soaking them in warm water for 15 seconds. It will not affect the quality and performance.
2. To keep your RoboVac running at peak performance, we suggest you change the consumable replenishment parts every 2~3 months, depending on your using frequency.
3. If you find that your RobovVac is noisy or doesn’t work, please kindly check whether the roller brush is stuck due to not cleaning hairs for a long time.
4. About the cleaning of filters, using the cleaning tool to clean the dust of filters, then rinse it out with water, and it will be usable again. Be careful not to soak it, as the paper filter might get destroyed, but a quick rinse, shake it out good, then let it dry completely will extend its life.
