Unlike most Crape Myrtles, ‘Gelato Vanilla’ blooms early and last longer than any other. It is also deer resistant so you can enjoy these frilly light pink blooms longer! Does best in medium moisture, well-drained soil and in full sun. Crape Myrtles are known to be drought tolerant and can be grown in tough soils such as clay. It can be left in shrub form or pruned over time to tree form.
