By following the “Instructions for Use” below, the entire value of this card will be applied to the charges, taxes, and fees of the Cricket Wireless account associated with your phone number during the activation process. There is no refund once this card’s value is applied to your Cricket Wireless account and Cricket does not provide or accept refunds of this card. Once activated at the register, the PIN number associated with this card is valid for 1 year from date of issuance, after which time you will forfeit the entire value of this one-time-use card. The value associated with this PIN number and your Cricket Wireless account balance are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent. Cricket is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards, or PINs.

Services and features are available for 30 days upon payment of the rate plan charge. Coverage, services, and speeds are not available everywhere. Cricket rate plans that include a high-speed data access allowance will have speeds slowed to a maximum 128Kbps for the remainder of the billing cycle after the allowance is used. High-speed data includes download speeds of a maximum 8Mbps for 4G LTE and 4Mbps for 4G.
