STEP 1) BLOW IT UP

Blow up balloons with balloon pump, the tie knots. Recommend blow up different sizes to get amazing look to your garland.

Confetti will stick to the balloon by rubbing the balloons with clothes or hair before inflating

STEP 2) MAKE BALLOON ARCH

Put balloons knots through the holes on our 16ft balloon strip tape

Work down the strip,add the larger balloons first and fill in with the medium balloons

STEP 3) HANG YOUR GARLAND AND DRESS UP IT

Hang your garland where you want it and attached the small balloons with glue dot ( included)

Attached the butterfly to the balloon arch to make your balloon arch extra special
