Specific delivery dates may be requested if they fall within Walmart’s shipping policy. You may request this change by placing your order and sending an email with the following information to [email protected]:
1. Order Number
2. Date delivery requested
3. Name, address and telephone number for delivery
4. Contact information if there are any questions – name, telephone, email
Please keep in mind that our deliveries are made via FedEx or UPS and delivery times are set by their route schedules. We can schedule a delivery date but unfortunately not a delivery time.
Our deliveries also require a signature so please have someone available to sign for the order. If that is not possible, you may request to pick up the order from your local FedEx or UPS depot by contacting them directly once you have your tracking number.
FedEx and UPS offer a free service where they alert you of any packages being delivered to your address. All you have to do is register with each shipper using the following links:
