Suggested Use: One container (65 gram powder) of D-Mannose should treat 3 to 4 individual infections or, if it is just used for prevention purposes, last approximately 1 to 1-1/2 months.   1 serving is from 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (.90 to 1.8 grams). Mix with water.  To Treat an Infection:  Day 1: 1 serving with 6 ounces of water every 2 hours, 7 servings maximum.  Day 2: 1 serving with 6 ounces of water every 3 hours, 5 servings maximum.  Day 3: 1 serving with 6 ounces of water every 4 hours, 3 servings maximum.  For prevention and maintenance: 1 serving daily with 6 ounces of water.
