Big Cuppa Bourbon Brazil Whole Bean Coffee was aged in a freshly drained bourbon whiskey barrel. Unroasted beans are put in a bourbon barrel and then roasted in small batches by Big Joe. This allows for the tasting notes of the Brazil coffee to remain while still creating a tasting note of whiskey. There is no alcohol at all in this coffee, just the natural whiskey note that the barrel infuses into the raw coffee bean. We never use sprays to "add flavor" – that would hurt Big Joe’s soul.
