This powdered food color does triple duty. Use it as a food coloring to color icing, fondant, gum paste, cookie dough, or other food items. The food color can also be used as a dusting powder or petal dust and brushed on gum paste, fondant, or royal icing creations after they have set, or it can be mixed with a small amount of clear alcohol e.g., vodka and painted on.
