Dear Friends. Many years ago, my wife Charlee and I stayed at a beautiful bed and breakfast in the Scottish countryside. One morning, our hostess served us the most amazing cereal. It was full of rolled grains, nuts, seeds and dried fruit. This was my first contact with the traditional European cereal known as muesli. After I got my first taste of muesli, I just could not get enough of it. I enjoyed it so much that I was inspired to make my very own version of this nutritious cereal.
Nowadays, not everyone wants to eat grains-you know who you are! This special gluten free, grain free blend is just for you, flush with coconut, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds and macadamia nuts. Currants, cranberries and blueberries add a delectable sweetness. We know that even a little bit of gluten can be a big problem for those of you with gluten sensitivities, so we ensure the integrity of our Paleo Muesli every step of the way, handling it exclusively in our dedicated gluten free facility. Like all our gluten free products, our Paleo Muesli is batch tested in our quality control laboratory using an Elisa Gluten Assay test to confirm the absence of gluten. Whether you eat it cold with non-dairy milk or yogurt, or snack on it right out of the bag, I just know you will enjoy this delightful cereal.
