Modern Fertility Testing 101

1. Pee in a cup. We recommend testing in the afternoon.
2. Dip the test strip up the MAX line for 10 seconds.
3. Let the strip sit for 5 minutes, then match the test line to the color bar to find your LH concentration.
4. Log your test on paper or in the Modern Fertility iOS App with your camera to pinpoint your 2 most fertile days.
5. Repeat daily to track your LH at low, high, and peak levels. The darker the test line, the closer you are to an LH surge.
