Q: Does this work well with Xbox one? Do I need to buy an adaptor?

A:?It depends on the controller you have. The new controller with a 3.5mm audio port will not need any adapter to connect with the headset. However, if you are using the previous controller without a 3.5mm audio port you will have to purchase an adapter,?the adaptor is not included in the package

PS4 Setting:
Before applying the headset on your PS4, please test it with your cellphone to ensure it functions well.
2. Insert the headset’s own 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad, then long-press the PS button or enter the system Settings.
3. There is a peripheral machine, choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "output to the headphones", then change to the headphones", then change it to "all audio".
