Based on the Lumiere line, this metallic and dimensional paint is excellent for embellishing, painting and writing on t-shirts, greeting cards, scrapbooks, fabric, ribbon, leather, gourds, shoes and more. It will firmly attach beads onto surfaces, allowing you to create dynamic, eye-catching textures and patterns. It can be used directly from the bottle or with the addition of fine line tips.
