About us:
Our family has several small bee hives and we love the honey so much that we started importing our honey to Edgewater, New Jersey. Because of the demand, we asked our close beekeeping friends to join us. We sell only single-sourced unique honey in each jar. Our honey is not mixed when packing. We believe that pure honey is better when beekeepers keep bees in one location without relocating them. All beehives are kept in the wild natural environment, far away from towns and farms.
We follow all requirements to keep our honey as organic and natural as possible. But we are too small to compete with large beekeepers who can afford high-cost certification.
- The honey is collected primarily from Buckwheat blossoms, but the bees also roam freely into nearby wildflowers, and Linden blossoms.
- It has a pleasant aroma of Buckwheat with a touch of Linden/wildflower at the end.
- Honey was harvested directly from the hives and was extracted and hand-packaged instantly.
