McKesson nonwoven Sponges are excellent for general cleaning and other tasks. They’re made of a durable rayon and polyester blend that is soft on the skin and outperforms cotton. The 2 by 2-inch square nonwoven gauze sponges have a 4-ply thickness, suitable for general cleaning. They’re also highly absorbent and suited for wicking wounds. The sponges are non-linting and won’t leave fibers behind and are sterile, which makes them suitable for sponge wound dressing, prepping and cleaning. These gauze sponges won’t trigger skin sensitivities. They are made for single-use applications.
