Use Amylase Enzyme in the mash when using high percentages of adjunct such as
corn, rice, potatoes and other starches. Amylase enzyme provides additional enzymes that are necessary to convert starches into sugars during the mashing process.- 1 lb Package
- Use .01 – .03 teaspoons per gallon.
- Fermax Yeast Nutrient
A balanced blend of minerals, proteins, amino acids and vitamins to improve yeast activity during fermentation. Use in the fermentation of wine, beer and distilled spirits and mead. Use approximately 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per gallon. Beer – add in the last 10 minutes of the boil. Wine – add to the must before fermentation.
