Dual lock only has one type of side; unlike products where there are a separate hook and a loop side; so rolls are typically cut in half and then mated or connected so a 10-foot roll would be used as two 5-foot strips. Low profile dual lock has about 700 stems per square inch, but the stems are much shorter than standard dual lock which has either 170, 250 or 400 stems per square inch. They let you make a much thinner joint (an object being mounted would not stick out as far), but it doesn’t have the holding power of standard dual lock. However, for smaller, lightweight items it is ideal. Made in the U.S.
