Protein-packed Skyr (pronounced: skeer) has been a provision of Icelanders for nearly 1,000 years. On rare occasions, Viking traders would score a few coconuts. Taste this creamy Nordic/tropic fusion, and you’ll know how lucky they felt.

Our Skyr uses the original Icelandic recipe that was developed with Iceland’s oldest farmer-owned dairy. It is the only Skyr available in the U.S. that contains Icelandic Heirloom Skyr cultures. Taking nearly four cups of milk to make one cup of Skyr, our Traditional Coconut flavor has a thick and creamy texture and delicious taste.
