Our organic Lucina Espresso Coffee Beans are slow roasted from a low temperature then baked to a delicious sweet smoky finish with a medium roast. The River Moon espresso roast 2 pounds is a northern Italian style using USDA certified organic, 100% Arabica whole beans. We start with beans from Brazil which create a unique, milk chocolate foundation. Then we add beans from Central America for a robust, earthy tone, and a dash of Indian Malabar for a lovely crema. Not only is the blend an intensely rich and sweet espresso, but it can also be ground for a great cup of drip brewed or pour over coffee or brewed with a French press. The beans used in our Lucina blends espresso are organic certified, non-GMO verified, direct trade sourced and full of antioxidants. Our coffee is roasted in small batches to perfection from high-altitude & shade-grown beans and packaged in USA. River Moon espresso is fresh roasted and immediately packaged in bags with one-way bleeder valves for maximum freshness and to seal in those wonderful coffee aromas and flavors.
