Steel I-Beam Heavy Bag Hanger

Hang a heavy load from your basement ceiling with the Ringside Steel I-Beam Hanger. It is specially designed to securely hold a punching bag, but can support other hanging items as needed. The steel hanger will stay securely in place even when the hanging item is hit or swung. It will fit on most I-beams, such as the ones commonly found in basement ceilings.
